English: Aston Hill Viewpoint. This is marked on the map as a viewpoint and indeed it is an elevated position overlooking Aylesbury Vale, but the trees of this heavily wooded area tend to obscure the panorama somewhat. There are fine views in certain directions along this road. This scene is looking North-East across Astonhill Coppice. "Daniel's Hole" is to the North. |
