Summary

[edit]
Description Asters I find very difficult to capture in photos. The flowers look washed out and a bit dingey. This is maybe why I've not wanted to grow them until recently - the catalogue photos did not do them justice. Ericoides varieties though are often good and the contrast between the fresh green asapargus-like foliage and the soft mauve, yellow centred flowers is very nice.
