Description
Français : L'Assemblée nationale du Québec est située sur la colline Parlementaire dans la ville de Québec, dans un quadrilatère formé par boulevard René-Lévesque, avenue Honoré-Mercier, Grande Allée Est et rue des Parlementaires.

L'Hôtel du Parlement traduit ainsi l'intention de son architecte, Eugène-Étienne Taché (1836-1912), de s'inspirer d'un style élaboré en France dans la seconde moitié du XIXe siècle pour souligner les origines françaises de la capitale.

À l’intérieur de cet imposant édifice de plan carré, dont les quatre ailes d’une centaine de mètres chacune entourent une cour fermée, se trouvent la salle de l’Assemblée nationale (dit le « Salon bleu »), où se réunissent les parlementaires, et la salle du Conseil législatif (le « Salon rouge »), réservée aux cérémonies protocolaires. On accède à ces deux salles par un escalier monumental situé sous la tour centrale.
