| Description |
First time for me catching an Asiana Cargo aircraft. Although a dedicated cargo aircraft today, this particular aircraft had been a Combi until 2010, doing mixed passenger and cargo duty. In December 2008, I flew on this exact aircraft from Hong Kong to Seoul. On 28 July 2011, for a few hours it had been incorrectly reported that this aircraft had crashed due to an onboard fire while on a scheduled flight to Shanghai; the aircraft that crashed was HL7604, a newer dedicated freighter, instead. HL7417, Boeing 747-400SF |
