| Description |
English: Ash House Farm, Brindley Well ... the photo gives a good idea of the landscape of SJ 5753 even if Ash House Farm is 850m away to the NE at (SJ 5845 5424). Both the farm and the photographer stand at 95m altitude and the intervening valley, incised in the boulder clay, is almost invisible. SJ 5753 is undulating farm land on the edge of Faddiley and Brindley parishes, just north of the A534. Criss-crossed by public footpaths but with only a couple of farms and a short stretch of country lane to its name. In fact typical of much of rural lowland Cheshire. |
