Español: Fue el primer ascensor construido en Valparaíso en el año 1883. Debido al cambio que presento la cuidad, en donde las construcciones se elevaban a las alturas de los cerros que bordean la ciudad, la necesidad de implementar un transporte que facilitara la vida de los habitantes, se hizo inevitable. |
