Description

Really nice, if one could afford to live there.

The hotel I stayed at was on Hastings Street where there is a lot more poverty. 4 blocks west of where I stayed, a woman fell, or was pushed, to her death from an old residential hotel. They are still investigating. This happened almost a year after another person fell from that same building.

I heard the news reports on the radio after seeing that the street was blocked for a while. Glad I didn't see the dead body. Scary.

That part of town has pretty severe pockets of poverty, but it's only a bike ride from this.
