The 'Anieta' aryballos, British Museum

Summary

[edit]
Description
English: The 'Aineta' aryballos, a Corinthian aryballos (perfumed-oil bottle) (c. 625 BCE) now displayed in the British Museum.

On one side is a drawing of a woman's head, inscribed with "I am Aineta". There are also the names of nine men, in the nominative case - identified by the BM as possibly Aineta's admirers.
