Bilder von solcher Anschaulichkeit, wie sie zu hunderten die fünf Bände zieren, waren mir vorher überhaupt unbekannt. Und die Leichtig- keit, mit der der Verfasser in beredten Worten die schwierigsten Kapitel meistert, ist er- staunlich.
