One hundred forty draw the curve of the flare gradually up to the knee. Open and spring twotimes for more fullness if desired. The Back is done the same with the exception that it is a ^ inch longerin the measurement for the crotch. If the crotch seems snug, add fullness byspringing. This all depends upon the Child.
