Description Construction nears completion on the Task Force-East forward operating site in southeast Romania. The project, being managed by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Europe District, will be a host site for the 2010 deployment of the U.S. Army Europe-led Task Force-East initiative. The site includes both operational and support facilities, such as an AAFES Post Exchange, chapel, exercise facility, dining facility, barracks and administrative buildings.
