English: Members of the distinguished party listen to speeches during the NATO Training Mission Afghanistan change of command ceremony at Camp Eggers, Kabul, Afghanistan, Nov. 5, 2011. During the ceremony, Lt. Gen. Daniel P. Bolger assumed command of NTM-A from Lt. Gen. William B. Caldwell IV. Bolger comes from Washington, where he served as the Deputy Chief of Staff, G-3/5/7, U. S. Army. NTM-A is a coalition of 37 contributing nations charged with assisting the Government of Islamic Republic of Afghanistan in generating capable and sustainable police and military forces to take the lead for the country's security by 2014. |
