Description In this 2007 file photo, firefighter trainees put out a fuselage fire on a mock C-130. A similar facility is under construction at Ramstein Air Base in Germany that will provide live fire training capabilities to the U.S. Air Force's in Europe Fire School. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Europe District is managing the $3 million project, which is being funded by both the Air Force and NATO. (File Photo)
