“ Murrey, a quill in bend dexter surmounting a morning star in bend sinister, saltirewise Argent. Atop the shield, a close helmet affronté Or mantled Murrey doubled Argent, and from a wreath of the colours, a hand gauntleted Or grasping a morning star Argent. The motto "valoris mera in pandectæ" to be carried in an escroll below the shield. For supporters on either side a horse Argent, unguled and langued Murrey, maned and tufted Or. ”
