English: ARMENIA REDUCED TO A TINY STATE BY TURKISH PEACE; Signs Treaty and Retains Only the Region of Erivan and Lake Gokcha. FORTRESSES ARE EXCLUDED All Arms to Be Surrendered Except 1,500 Rifles, 20 Machine Guns and 3 Cannon. SOVIET RULE ESTABLISHED Alliance to Be Formed With Russia, Azerbaijan and Kemal Pasha's Nationalist Army.
