Description
This is the November 1916 issue of the Armco Bulletin, a monthly publication "to facilitate an interchange of thought and suggestion, and to create a better understanding of the activities and problems of the Operating Department employees." This bulletin is untitled, but the leading article in the issue focuses on the Cost Department. The pagination in this issue continues where the previous issue ended.
