This is the July 1915 issue of the Armco Bulletin, a monthly publication "to facilitate an interchange of thought and suggestion, and to create a better understanding of the activities and problems of the Operating Department employees." This bulletin is untitled, but has a patriotic American flag on its cover, for the month in which Independence Day falls. The pagination in this issue continues where the previous issue ended.
