This is the January 1915 issue of the Armco Bulletin, a monthly publication "to facilitate an interchange of thought and suggestion, and to create a better understanding of the activities and problems of the Operating Department employees." This bulletin is titled, "Does This Mean You?" Pages 1 and 32 are blank, and are not present in the digital object.
