This is the January - February 1928 issue of the Armco Bulletin, once again a bi-monthly publication "published at Middletown, Ohio, in the interest's [interests] of 'ARMCO MEN.'" This bulletin is untitled, but the leading article in the issue is titled, "Columbus Wins 1927 Annual Safety Contest With Perfect Score." The cover art is a painting by Raymond K.
