This is the April 1919 issue of the Armco Bulletin, a monthly publication "published in the interests of 'ARMCO MEN' under the direction of the Departments of Personal Service." This bulletin is titled, "Our Navy Number : A Toast : Our Navy - As It Was, Is Now, And Ever Shall Be - Victorious," and the leading article in the issue is titled, "Our Navy."
