Nederlands: Min of meer cirkelvormige armband, geslepen uit één stuk schelp van de Rochia nilotica, een zeeslak die veelvuldig voorkomt in de Indische en Grote Oceaan. Vgl. De Cercq en Schmeltz, pag. 37, No. 180 en PL. IX, afb. 22 voor een soortgelijke armband. Dit object werd verzameld tijdens de Noord-Nieuw-Guinea Expeditie (of: Wichmann Expeditie) in 1903. Schenker H.A. Lorentz was deelnemer aan deze expeditie.
