Description
English: Arlbergbahn, around 1883. This pretty keeper's house was located below Kronburg Castle on its steep talus cone. The valley route to Landeck was only started in November 1881, but was put into operation on July 1, 1883. Because of the long tunnel, the construction of the mountain route took from June 1880 to May 1884. .
Deutsch: Arlbergbahn, ca. 1883. Unterhalb der Burg Kronburg auf ihrem steilen Schuttkegel befand sich dieses hübsche Wärterhaus. Die Talstrecke bis Landeck wurde erst im November 1881 in Angriff genommen, konnte aber schon am 1. Juli 1883 in Betrieb genommen werden. Wegen des langen Tunnels dauerte der Bau der Bergstrecke hingegen von Juni 1880 bis Mai 1884. .
