Description
English: Arizona Army National Guard members with the 91st Civil Support Team in Phoenix and firefighters from Verde Valley Fire Department, sealed in hazardous materials suits take a stretcher loaded with chemical detection equipment to simulated chemical release site during an exercise in Clarkdale, Ariz., April 4, 2015.
