| Description | Querschnitt durch einen einjährigen Spross von Aristolochia macrophylla (Pfeifenwinde). Zu sehen ist der primäre Entwicklungszustand des Sprosses mit ersten sekundären Veränderungen im Bereich der primären Markstrahlen. In der Bildmitte links ist ein primärer Markstrahl mit beginnender Bildung von interfaszikulärem Kambium zu sehen wobei es bei den Parenchymzellen des Markstrahls zu einer Remeristematisierung kommt. Dauerpräparat Kunststoffschnitt (Glycolmethacrylat), Färbung mit Safranin und Astralblau. Zur Bezeichnung einzelner Gewebe den Mauszeiger über das Bild bewegen (Notizfunktion). |
