Add a one-line explanation of what this file represents

This is a chart showing the exports and imports (foreign trade) of Argentina from 1991 (the beginning of the convertibility period, with fixed exchange rate of 1 Argentine peso = 1 USD) to 2003 (one year after the abandonment of the peg and the devaluation of the peso). I, Pablo D. Flores, made this myself using a common spreadsheet program and figures provided by the INDEC archive copy at the Wayback Machine (Argentina's Instituto Nacional de Estadísticas y Censos, that is "Census and Statistics National Institute").
