Attesa la morte della Sig.a Lucia Carizona livellaria di lire cinquecento cinquanta annue lasciategli per Testamento dal fu Sig. Carlo Maria Carganico di Lei marito ed avendo determinato nel predetto che cessato il medemo livello mediante la morte della sopradetta, dovessero li suoi eredi eriggere e formare con la sua facoltà lasciata un Benefizio con scola da tenersi gratis a prò d’amendue le Comunità: da quel Sacerdote che sarà destinato, ed eletto a’suplire al medemo Benefizio e per sua entrata li vengono assegnate le suddette L. 550:- annue.

Che però a’motivo di questo fu ridotta pronta Radunanza dalle due Comunità: d’Esino Superiore, d’Inferiore, in cui sono comparsi tutti li sottofirmati Sig.i Deputati dell’Estimo, Sindaci e Consoli con il maggior numero degl’Estimati Predialighi, e Personalisti delle medeme
