Українська: Олександр Володимирович Симоненко на археологічних розкопках пізньоскіфського некрополя у селищі Червоний Маяк (Херсонська область), які продовжила у червні-липні 2017 року Пізньоскіфська археологічна експедиція під його керівництвом з допомогою Олени Дзнеладзе (археолог, кандидат історичних наук) та Дениса Сікози (завідувач відділом науково-охоронних робіт на пам'ятках археології Херсонської області).
Олександр Володимирович Симоненко – доктор історичних наук, професор Миколаївського національного університету, відомий археолог з майже 40-річним польовим стажем, експерт з історії та археології сарматів та пізніх скіфів, провідний науковий співробітник відділу археології ранньої залізної доби Інституту археології Національної академії наук України, автор 160 наукових публікацій, включно із 10 монографіями. Городище (і могильник поруч із ним) у селищі Червоний Маяк є однією з 16 відомих на сьогодні пізньоскіфських пам'яток Нижнього Подніпров’я, які датуються з другої половини II ст. до н.е. до середини ІII ст. н. е. і населення яких входило до складу Малої Скіфії.English: Dr. Oleksandr Symonenko at the archaeological excavations of the Late Scythian necropolis in Chervony Mayak village (Kherson region) which were continued in June-July 2017 by the Late-Scythian archaeological expedition headed by him with the assistance of Dr. Olena Dzneladze (Ph.D. in Archaeology) and Mr. Denis Sikoza (Head of the Department of Research and Protection of Archaeological sites in the Kherson Region). Oleksandr Symonenko is Doctor habilitatis in Archaeology, Professor of Mykolaiv National University and well-known archaeologist with almost 40 years of field experience, the expert in the history and archeology of the Sarmatians and Late Scythians, Chief Research Fellow at the Archeology of the Early Iron Age Department of Institute of Archeology of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, the author of 160 scientific publications, including 10 monographs. The hill-fort (and the graves near it) in the Chervony Mayak village is one of the 16 known Late Scythian sites of the Lower Dnieper Region which are dated since the second half of the II century B.C. till the mid- III century AD and the population of which was a part of Scythia Minor. |
