Summary
[edit]DescriptionArchaeological feature near Ogle Linn - geograph.org.uk - 1370282.jpg |
English: Archaeological feature near Ogle Linn The area in the foreground of this photo is marked on the 1:25000 map as a 'cairn'. Indeed, on close inspection it is slightly raised, and about 14 metres across. Nearby there are obvious 'earthworks', indicated separately on the 1:25000 map, much overgrown with bracken on this June day. The line of the Ogle Linn can be seen in the background. |
