Summary
[edit]DescriptionArcade (8409657650).jpg |
Continuing the Games theme of this week, I took this shot at the office where our cafe has a modern-day arcade machine by Atari. It has a Windows PC inside it and runs modern arcade games like Jet Pack Joyride, as well as modern renditions of old arcade classics such as Missile Defense. Growing up in the Netherlands, I didn’t have much access to arcades. They’d only be around during an annual October festival, and a single game would cost a buck, not a quarter, so hours of gaming on those machines would be a costly pastime. |
