Description
English: One side of the Ara Casali, a Roman marble altar dedicated by Ti. Claudius Faventinus, now in the Vatican Museums (Atrio del Torso). This side depicts Mars and Rhea Silvia begetting Romulus and Remus and the shepherd Faustulus finding them being suckled by a she-wolf.
