Description
Dedication plaque at Columbus Technical Institute (CTI) (later renamed Columbus State Community College). Columbus Technical Institute was established on the site of the former Aquinas College High School. The dedication reads "1906 - 1965 This plaque is dedicated to Aquinas College High School - its ideals and accomplishments, its teachers from the Dominican Order, and its graduates. From 1906 until 1965 more than six thousand men attended and went forth to lead Christian lives, contributing to the growth of our church, city and country. May the spirit of Aquinas never fade. May 21, 1972"
