English: Women in the Fort Bliss community workout to the rhythm of Latin music during an Aquatic Zumba class instructed by Raquel Duncan, fitness and aerobics instructor, at the Replica Aquatics Center Jan. 22. Participants can burn more than 600 calories during a one-hour session. Classes are provided 5 days a week. Duncan also teaches Zumba Sentao Logan Heights Physical Fitness Center. Sentao is an aerobic workout that incorporates using a chair to increase resistance and build strength. For more information about Aquatic Zumba call 568-7431. |
