Português: Entre 1817 e 1818, o pintor austríaco Thomas Ender acompanhou a missão científica de Karl Friedrich e Johann Baptist, em uma “Viagem pelo Brasil”. Encantado com a localização, ele fez uma pintura em aquarela homenageando a antiga capela.
