| Description |
English: Approaching the Ship Inn The flood bank that has been following the River Welland gradually moves away from the river as we approach Surfleet Seas End. The boat is in the tidal part of the River Glen which enters the Welland here. The Ship Inn was totally rebuilt in about 2003, but a building has been on this site since the 1600s. It has always been an important junction of rivers. |
