Summary
[edit]DescriptionApproach to Glynamel - geograph.org.uk - 533777.jpg |
English: Approach to Glynamel, Pembrokeshire. Glynamel Road in Lower Town is a cul-de-sac leading to the circa 1800 mansion of that name, beyond the white gate in this image. The buildings alongside the road were all part of the estate at one time. Later they were bought by the artist John Cleal who lived and worked here; they are now private dwellings or holiday houses. This one, Cwm Cysgi, has a dog-Latin inscription on a large sign, and a fig tree at the corner. |
