Summary
[edit]DescriptionAppenzell Railway - Ruckhalde 2014 (13794736833).jpg | In the central part there is this famous curve having a radius of 30 m. It is deemed to be Europe's narrowest rail curve with cog operation. It squeaks and rattles so romantic at this point. The Appenzell Railway has two more possibly record-breaking curves with a radius of only 25 m, but without cogwheel. They are in the city of St.Gallen and at the Station Gais. Switzerland, April 11, 2014. (3/5) |
