Summary
[edit]DescriptionApollon Tempel im antiken Korinth.jpg |
Deutsch: Tempel des Apollon im antiken Korinth mit Akrokorinth im Hintergrund.
English: Temple Apollo, Corinth. Acrocorinth in the background.
Although Corinth was destroyed by the Romans in 146 BC and later rebuilt, the Temple of Apollo is actually one of the original structures of the city, dated 540 BC by archaeologists who examined the masonry and other artifacts in its vicinity. For more information, see "Visit Ancient Greece", a guide for tourists. |
