Description
Banjar: Apam Barabai adalah wadai nang tabanyaknya dikanal lawan urang, nang mana wadai ngini asalnya matan Barabai, Hulu Sungai Tengah. Wadai ngini dibuat matan galapung baras, santan, gula habang atawa putih, wan bahan lainnya, nang mana bahan-bahan ngini dicaur lalu disumap di panci susumapan. Wadai ngini rancak dimakan lawan nyiur parut nang sudah dibari uyah.
Gambar ini diunggah dalam rangka lomba mini fotografi Mangudak Wadai oleh Komunitas Wikimedia Banjar yang didukung Wikimedia Indonesia.
