Description Das Hausgrundstück hatte früher die Ortslisten-Nummer 250 und ab 1. Januar 1975 Hauptstraße 99 (mit dem Intervall Ernst-Thälmann-Straße 99 zur DDR-Zeit). Hier ist das Anwesen Landwirt Näser: Im Adressbuch für 1896 ist eingetragen Wilhelm Näser, verwitwet (ohne Berufsangabe) und Albert Näser, Wirtschaftsgehilfe. Das Adressbuch von 1911 nennt Landwirt Albert Näser (mit Sternchen für Hauseigentümer). Als Wirtschaftsbesitzer steht Albert Näser im Adressbuch für 1926 und im Adressbuch 1930 (wieder mit Sternchen) als Landwirt.
Im Jahr 2016 sind Wohnhaus, Stallungen, Scheunen und sonstige Nebengebäude des alten Bauerngutes noch vorhanden. Sie reichen von der Hauptstraße bis zur Lindenstraße, von wo aus eine Scheune erreichbar ist. Zu sehen sind im alten Waldhufendorf die charakteristischen Bauten eines Hufen, der früher vom Dorfbach (Hauptstraße) bis zur Zwickauer Mulde ging.
