Antwerp coin Weight
Description
English: A Post-Medieval copper-alloy coin weight from Antwerp, dating to 1576. A weight for the French ecu or half ecu. The weight is square, flat and rectangular in cross section. The initals K I belong to an unknown maker.

Obverse:  A shield of three fleurs de lis under a crown, a crowned fleur de lis either side of the shield
Reverse: The hand of Antwerp in the centre, a star above, flanked by the numerals 76 and the initials K, all framed in a wreathof hands and pellets.
