Description
The Antilles was built by Cramp and Sons of Philadelphia for the Souther Pacific Company of New York. She was a 6.878 ton steamship, was launched December 3, 1906 and completed in April of 1907. She was sunk by the German U-105 on October 17, 1917. Source: miramarshipindex.nz. The "1900" date referred to at the auction site might be misread, and should probably be 1908 or 1909.
