Dear L. Fransen, thanks a lot for your e-mail.

The colored image we have put in our page about Antonio Cagnoli was taken from the Palermo Observatory website. In fact, that image comes from a painting which is conserved in the Palermo Observatory museum. I haven't been able to find any copyright issue related to this image, therefore I think you can use this picture without worrying about the copyright.
