Español: Construcción civil que data del año 1916. En ella funcionó la primera escuela de la Colonia. Fue la primera edificación de arquitectura coloniera en la que intervino un arquitecto residenciado en Caracas, Eduardo Röhl. La construcción se llevó a cabo como parte de la iniciativa de Eduardo Röhl, Alfredo Jahn y del cónsul alemán de entonces, Von Prollius. Los colonos contribuyeron en gran parte a su levantamiento mediante el aporte de la mano de obra gratuita. El edificio se organiza en una planta rectangular desarrollada en dos pisos y un desván. En la planta baja se encuentra un amplio salón con acceso directo desde la plaza Bolívar, mientras que a la planta alta se le accede por una escalera externa, ubicada en la parte posterior al inmueble. El volumen presenta un balcón a lo largo de todo su perímetro y un techo a cuatro aguas con faldones de menor pendiente que sirven de cubierta al balcón perimetral, además de exhibir cuatro buhardillas en el lado más largo y una, en los cortos. Fue edificada con la técnica constructiva alemana Fachwerk, entramado de madera relleno con tierra y techo de estructura de madera que, en el caso de este inmueble, fue cubierto originalmente con tablitas que luego fueron sustituidas por láminas de zinc y, finalmente, por tejas planas tipo marselleisas. En la fachada destaca el entramado de madera, en un esquema de tres secciones en la parte planta baja y dos en la parte alta, en cuyos espacios se ubican puertas y ventanas de madera. Actualmente funciona en esta infraestructura el Centro Bolivariano de Informática
y Telemática. Finalmente, en la década de 1940, con motivo del centenario de la Colonia, se erige en este espacio público un busto de Simón Bolívar y fue cuando se inauguró como plaza Bolívar. Estado Aragua. Venezuela.
