Afrikaans: Antibiotiese weerstandstoetsing: 'n Bakteriese stam word in 'n kultuurmedium in 'n Petri-bak ingevoer en gekweek. Vervolgens is wit skyfies wat elk 'n ander antibiotikum bevat in elke houer geplaas. Die gekweekte bakterieë links is sensitief vir al die antibiotika wat getoets word (soos deur die ringe aangetoon), terwyl dié in die houer regs slegs vir drie van die sewe antibiotika vatbaar is.
Català: Prova de laboratori sobre la resistència antimicrobiana. Una soca bacteriana d'Escherichia coli fou introduïda en un medi de cultiu en una placa de Petri. A continuació, les pastilles blanques (cadascuna corresponent a un antibiòtic diferent) foren dipositades dins la placa. Dann weiß Scheiben jeweils einen anderen Antibiotikum enthalten, wurden in die Box eingeführt. Die Bakterienkultur links zu allen getesteten Antibiotika empfindlich sind, während in der Box auf der rechten Seite (wie durch die Ringe gezeigt), sind sie nur empfindlich gegenüber nur drei der sieben getesteten Antibiotika.
Nederlands: Antibioticaresistentie testen: Een bacteriële stam werd geïntroduceerd en gekweekt in een kweekmedium in een petrischaal. Dan witte schijven die elk een ander antibioticum zijn geïntroduceerd in de doos. De bacteriekweek linker gevoelig voor alle geteste (zoals getoond door de ringen), terwijl in de doos op de juiste antibiotica, ze alleen gevoelig zijn slechts drie van de zeven geteste antibiotica.
