Summary

[edit]
Description Anthophora retusa - A bit of a darkling you might say. Occurs across Europe and Asia. That said, it appears that there have been major, but mystifying, declines of this species in UK and at least parts of Europe. I am always impressed by how much more Europeans know about the status of their insect species than we do. Photo license: CC-BY-SA. This photo can be reused as you wish.
