Summary

[edit]
Description
English: In Iznik an industry was started that produced a recognizable and high-quality decorated ceramic that was produced from the last quarter of the 15th century. It went through several periods, and the exhibits in the museum show some of those. Some colours were popular for a while, then disappeared. To complicate matters these pictures are from several visits, with differing equipment and light conditions. They are randomly named, bringing some duplicate pictures together.
