English: Department of the Army civilian employee Fernando Torres, assigned to the Joint Multinational Training Command, instructs U.S. Army soldiers assigned to 4th Platoon, 527th Military Police Company, 709th Military Police Battalion how to properly mount laser hit sensors to their vehicles Nov. 18, 2013, at the Oberdachstetten Local Training Area. Torres serves as the chief of the Deployable Instrumentation System Europe or DISE program. The DISE program is a combination of live instrumentation systems that provides enhanced training and after actions review (AAR) capabilities at home station and deployed training areas. Torres will be embedded with the military police platoon as they utilize DISE during their week long situational training exercise, greatly improving their realistic home-station training experience and enhancing their combat readiness.
