Annular brooch
Description
English: A copper alloy annular brooch, dating to the medieval period. The ring is circular and is almost tear shaped in section; the pin comprises a sub-circular section strip of copper alloy which flattens to rectangular section where it is wrapped around the ring. The brooch has a diameter of 20mm and a width of 3mm. The pin is 23mm in length and 2mm at its widest.
