its Epworth League, prayermeeting and Sunday School, it is above the average ofchurches, both in attendance and spiritual intelligence, andworks in perfect harmony with the Association. The Flag.—Mr. M. W. Morse, of Newark, carried outsuccessfully a novel plan for the purchase of a magnificentflag to be used in all services at the Auditorium. On Satur-day, August 8th, it was presented through the choir to theAssociation in the presence of a large assembly, who wereaddressed in an earnest and eloquent speech by GovernorVoorhees, who left the Sea Girt encampment for the occa-sion. At the close of his address he formally presented theflag to Bishop FitzGerald, who in a speech ringing with re-ligious patriotism received it in the name of the Association,whose loyalty it will represent. The Ladies Elim Associate -i still continues its kindlybeneficence to toil-worn ministers and evangelists in givingat small cost the recuperative forces of the Grove.
