Shallots, price per qt. 25c. PARSLEY. Parsley succeeds best in rich, mellow soil. As the seeds germinate very slowly, three or four weeks elapsing sometimes before it makes its appearance, it should be sown early in Spring. Sow thickly in rows a foot apart and a half an inch deep. For Winter use, protect in a frame or light cellar. If by mail, add at the rate of 8 els. per lb. for \ lb. and upzvards. Champion Moss Curled. Very choice, and excel- lent for garnishing. Price per pkt., 5c; per oz.. 10c; per lb., 60c Fern Leaf. A fine crimped and curled variety, the most attractive of all, being so fine and fern- like. Price, per pkt., 5c; per oz, 10c; per lb., 50c. Plain Leaf. This is hardier than the curled vari- eties; good for flavoring. Price per pkt., 5c; per oz; 10c; per lb., 50c.
